Asphalt Sealcoating

Sealing can be done to any asphalt surface! We use commercial grade asphalt sealer mixed to manufacturer's recommendation. Giving asphalt that deep, rich black look again.

Asphalt crack filling

Open cracks in asphalt accelerate the break down of asphalt by allowing water to seep into the pavement and subgrade. With crack filling we can seal up those crack, stop the damage, and extend the life of the pavement.

Line Striping

With sealcoating an existing parking lot,  re-striping of the parking spots and other markings is a necessity. Let us take care of your post sealcoat striping, or even just freshen up your faded lines with professional grade asphalt marking paint.

Why Should I have my Asphalt Sealcoated?

  • Improvement in appearance of property and enhanced curb appeal

  • Regular sealcoating can extend the life of asphalt by as much as 50%

  • Serves as preventative maintenance on asphalt, saving you money in the long run.

  • Protects from the suns rays that dry out natural oils in asphalt, causing it to age and break down.

  • Protects from harmful oil, gas, and other petroleum product leaks and spills that stain and breakdown the asphalt.

  • Sealcoating cost cents on the square foot. Asphalt repairs cost several dollars on the square foot.

Frequently Asked Questions

"I just had this paved, when should I start having it sealed?"

Sealing is not necessary for brand new asphalt less than a year old, we recommend sealing the asphalt when it is between 3-5 years old, and then resealing every 2-3 years. Following a schedule similar to these guidelines can extend the life of the asphalt by as much as 50%!

"Which is better, spray application or by hand?"

The answer is simple, EITHER! That is, when done right! Spray is often more efficient the larger the area gets, and by hand is better for smaller areas, but the most important part is the right mixture is being used and enough material is being applied.

"How long until I can use my newly sealed area?"

Most times of year, the asphalt needs to be left blocked off and unused by vehicles for 24 hours. During more extreme heat, or with formula additives, this time can be shortened. If this is an issue for your business or establishment, don't worry we can schedule the work for when you are closed!

"I had this done before and it did not last, how do I know it will this time?"

Sealcoating, like many services, is susceptible to "Fly by Night" crews, who show up one day and offer you a cheap price you cannot turn down, and once they are done they leave you a poorly done job and no way for you to reach them. We are here to eliminate that worry by offering our community a professionally and ethically done job that we can stand behind.
